since Christmas time is nearly approaching... sabi nga nila ang "Pasko" ay para sa mga bata... marami na namang mga inaanak na maglalabasan (huh?!) ilan na nga ba ang inaanak ko? nyaaaa! sa dami hindi ko na ata' mabilang...(hainaku! hirap kasi ng friendly eh' :D ) eneweiz... since medyo tight ang budget ko this christmas season... when i read this status on my friends FB wall ... naisip ko na rin na gawing guidelines at gawing official memo ito yearly. So, sa lahat mga inaanak, kumare at kumpare ko... para sa inyo ito' :D


Requirements to claim your Christmas gift :


1. Original and photocopy of your baptismal certificate.
2. Original and photocopy of your NSO Birth certificate.
3. Pictures of your baptismal with me, of course!
4. Exact time and date of your baptismal.
5. (2) Valid government issued ID's (i.e SSS, Passport, Driver Licence, etc.) and NBI clearance of your parents (updated within 6months)
6. Certificate of good moral character from a reputable organization (i.e parish priest, school principal, former professor/teacher)
7. for INAANAK(s) below 10yrs old: form 137, and letter of endorsement from your class moderator.
8. for PROXIES (parents included): A typewritten/printed letter from my inaanak authorizing the proxy to claim his/her gift. The letter must be signed by my inaanak. In addition, a valid ID of may inaanak and a valid ID of the proxy (Driver's license, SSS, Passport, TIN, Postal ID, Voter's ID) ID's must contain picture and signature of bearer.
9. all documents stated above must be send to me with my complete name and address on a self-stamped legal sized envelope.


NOTE : Incomplete requirements = NO GIFT!
